just visited the guys at the factory in japan and had a little tour of the setup and got the run down of what goes into making the finest wetsuits around.  also went through the ropes on measuring up for custom suits.  the first shipment has near but all gone but there still a couple left on the shelf, and some more on there way including a few long arm springs for the cold thats coming. got some real smooth colours in girls jackets in at the minute.

just went to japan for a week to hang out with good friends from tcss, had a blast, meet some rad folks, caught up with some good friends, saw some lives tunes and dranks a whole lot of beer.

A bit of this in a couple of weeks

so we got a little more space, teamed up with our good mate and now there is a barbers shop come retail space along with the resin and foam dust, come in and take a peak, some nice threads, warm rubber and a place to get all neat and tidy via captain sip sop. more info and shit to come

we made jai a new short board, inspired by a beat up old brothers neilson twin fin he loved with a smashed up swallow come square tail, this one got a thruster set up and a little 80's thruster inpiration just to make it a little more interesting. he took it home for a couple of days and painted it all up before dropping it back for a finish coat.

daniel in sydney's old faithful, 9'6" x 23" x 3" butter knife peacock but brighter was the discription, pretty spot on i reckon.

a fresh batch of le nard mini simmons of to japan for green room, inlayed with a little bit of tcss yardage,  4 out of the 6 are stingerless, all with glass on single foil keels, some hug your shaper screen print cloth graphics by our friend neil randall.

this guy is already special and it aint even been surfed yet, handshaped by rich pavel late at night in the old shipping container shaping bay now come sanding room.  we meet rich over the festival of surfing, josh brought him along for a day trip up to DI, we got talking, he came to take a template of monty's stringerless bobby brown thats living under my house, after some thai food this happened.  watching him fly along the blank with a 30+ year old skill was amazing. jake made it look all pretty with a reverse glass job in volan and ice blue with a neat looking swirl tail inlay, the lines on this are so nice even sanding it was an absolute delight.  thanks rich

been on the tools

 so we got a little bit more space, the shed next door became empty. two dudes in a container and a garden shed building big boards can get cramped, the last couple of weeks inbetween boards we have been building walls and what not.  thanks heaps to our freinds that have helped, bosco, ryan, tonky, parrish, jal lee, macca, kloi, fanno and if have forgottem sorry it's been busy. massive thanks to our wifes kim and alisa for putting up with us being at work 24/7. and sorry to those whos emails got slow replys or not answered yet i promise im getting there.
